Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Knee And Joint

I am having pain in my left knee. It feels as it wants to pop but it won t. On the inner part of my knee I have a sensitive spot and also the joint behind my knee also hurts. Moving forward I am decent but if i try to move left or right I feel more pain.
