Suggest Treatment For Pain In Leg Radiating To Hip

Hello Doctor. I was walking on an icy concrete sidewalk, when I slipped and fell directly onto my Left hip. There appear to be no physical bruises, but the real pain comes in whenever I attempt to put pressure onto my left leg. Whenever I do so, a rushing pain surges through my leg and hip, as if my leg is trying to give up. I cannot move without experiencing pain and I'm not sure what to do. Do you have any suggestions on what this is and how I may feel better?
