Suggest Treatment For Pain In Leg

Hi Doc i am 37 yr old female . My height is 171cms and am 95kgs . i delivered 5 months back after 8yrs of my marriage. After delivery i couldnt eat so healthy as i had post delivery depression. But i have observed i have severe leg pains after delivery. took consultation from ortho also. But didnt see any problem thr. i cant get up and walk especially my thigh muscles will pain. I am back to my menstrual cycles but the flow is very high. Can you pls suggest on the leg pain as it is increasing day by day.
