Suggest Treatment For Pain In Legs

Hi I am in a lot of pain at the moment in my lower leg,from my shin round to my calf ,the skin is hard and really sore to touch, I grazed the side of the leg 4 days ago, I m lay in bed now and when I get up I can barley put my foot on the floor . It gets a little more bearable after a few mins, can you advise me please
