Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back And Neck

for the past 4 weeks my armpits have been itching like they are erritated and just resently i started to get abdomital pains just a little below my belly button and the other day it got so bad it felt like some one heavy was sitting on my lower back/ butt and it will hurt between my sholder blades and left sidee of my neck and idk what to do and the pain started 4 days ago
