Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back

For about the last 5 days, I have this awful pain in my lower back (waist level). I can t turn over in bed without sharp pulses of pain. It also occurs when I move suddenly. I am 60, weigh 235 and am 68 inches tall. I just had an MRI last week for my urinary region for signs of trouble (bleeding). I go back to the doctor s office on Feb 24, I don t think the pain I m having is associated with my urinary issues. I have a family history of heart disease and cancer. I work as a dispatcher from 22:00 until 06:00five days a week, what do you think?
