Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Stomach And Swelling Of Spleen

my sister in law is having really bad pain in her lower stomach and she cant eat anything and she thinks she spleen in swollen but when we looked up swollen spleen she dont have all the symptoms cause for spleen it says upper left side. what can it be? she just had a baby 1 month ago and her pap came back abnormal
