Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Stomach

29, 5'4, 116, no medical issues, just a little anemic. For past 3 days developed pain near lower stomach and near left hip and left inner thigh. Sharp pain especially when standing up from the bed or chair. Pain is severe with legs stretched when lying down. Can overuse of laptop in bed cause this? This has never happened before.
