Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lungs After A Pneumonectomy

Hi I was victim of a gunshot wound on 1/31/15. Thankfully I survived after undergoing a pneumonectomy of my right lung and then heart surgery to put mesh around 3 sides of my heart, as the bullet tore the pericardial sack and right lung and heart were going into the empty lung space. I had a fever of 100.7 over the weekend for 2 days but it finally broke. All day today, I ve been having pain in the lung I have left. It hurts to breathe in deep or use my spirometer. Is it possible I have pneumonia?
