Suggest Treatment For Pain In My Arms And Legs

Hi...I am 43 years old, 5'3 in height and about 195 lbs. I have been having pain that I can only describe as "growing Pains" in my arms and legs, like I used to have as a child...It has been going on for a couple of months now. A very deep aching in my forearms all the way into my hands, and sometimes in my legs, although not as often. It is not joint pain. It's pretty much every day. I haven't change my activity level that I can tell. I am moderately active...Could it be hormonal? I have also been having more migraines lately as well, but don't know if it's related.
