Suggest Treatment For Pain In My Rib Cage

I am 50 yrs old. 150lbs. Hi i have had a low feritin in the beginning when my hair was falling out. I went to a dermatologist to get those results. Started taking 325 mg of ferous sulfate daily. Also i have been having pain in my right upper ribcage. Hideascan said sluggish gallbladder. My hair is falling out in mass amounts. Had another ferritin test and it is about 45 now. My question is. can gallbladder, low ferritin, and hairloss be related. My biggest concern is my hairloss. If i have my gallbladder removed (suggested by gastro dr) will my hair stop falling out..Please help! Patty
