Suggest Treatment For Pain In My Right Chest

I am 52 years old a diabetic patient for the last 12 years. For the last one months I a suffering from a pain below my right chest. It some times etends to back side (same side). The pain is constant. The Doctor has taken all blood tests, lever tests, ball gladder test and CT Scan. However he could not finad anything abnormal. Since the pain is not subsidsing I have consulted another MD. He has taken X-ray and told me that there is spondlysis and has given medicine for one week. I am still not sure whehter it is spobdlysis or not. When touching also there is pain. But there is no deep pain when pressing. Kindly suggest any medicine
