Suggest Treatment For Pain In Neck And Ears

I have had pain in my neck and into my ear for 11 days. It gets very severe. My ear throbs, my neck will throb. I have been to doctor and have a little fluid in ear but not much. He doesn t think it s that. He gave me mobic and a muscle relaxer. I have been to chiropractor twice and had a massage. Please tell me where I need to seek help next because I m still in pain.
