Suggest Treatment For Pain In Neck And Eyes

I have been having severe pain for a year now with symptoms similar to trigeminal neuralgia on left side with burning to roof of mouth, my left nostril is so clear it burns and i feel that i need all my teeth on the left side pulled out due to the pain, my eye is excrutiating pain and neck pain, however when i have an episode it lasts anything from 30-90 mins. My face left side seems to fall and droop also. It is horrendous and sometimes can be repetitive every 3-4 hrs for weeks at a time. The longest i have gone without severe pain is 9 days ( but i still have background pain which i can cope with). I had an mri scan which shows subcortical demylenation and ischemia. My gp told me this but said its above his field and can now only offer pain relief. I cant get an appointment with neurologist (who told my gp this will need to be further investigated) until end of january and that he will then view the images for himself, as he has only seen tbe radioligist report so I am now on lyrica 3 times a day and morphine up to 10ml every four hrs when needed. I am still having tbese attacks tho and cannot even speak due to tbe pain. I have previosly been on tegretol, sumatriptan, pitzotifen, gabapenton, buprenorphine. I am always fatigued but i have been complaining of this for a few yrs now, also i gained 5 and half stone in one year from 2012_2013. In the past few months i have lost 2 stone i think due to the fact that i seem to always be nauseous and vomit frequently. Do u think the mri findings are relevant to my pain and what does this mean? I have been off work with this since april and am finding that my life is just existing and praying for relief! I get excited if i can get 1 free day from these episodes.I feel let down that the results are there but have to wait for a definitive diagnosis especially after having paid £700 to have the mri scan done sooner than the offered 5mths from now.
