Suggest Treatment For Pain In Nose After Falling

Hi,I have a query about my nose .Recently my son has fallen down on my nose it was bledded at that time and swallon.I kept ice for some days ,now it was not swollen but when u press tightly there is pain. i went to doctor ,he has given some pain killer and ointment and then he said my nose has DNS problem. Can you please suggest me on this.
