Suggest Treatment For Pain In One Side Of The Face

hello sir, I am 19 year old and i am MBBS 2nd year student. My problem is that i have experienced a sharp pain on the left side of the face that continues for a day or two and then either fades away or diffuses to the other areas of the head. I had previously experienced this pain when preparing for my examinations or during the examination period. previously I thought it to be Exam stress but i have got this pain even during holidays this time. I have also faced quite severe pain on the whole of my head. This time I first felt the pain while bathing with warm water when the warm water(not too much hot) came in contact with my face which also occured when i washed my face with cold water and then i am feeling pain on the left side of the face even without stimulus. I have no other health problem.
