Suggest Treatment For Pain In Penis And Scrotum And Erectile Dysfunction

I am 26, male. About 6-7 years back I was infected with some kind of fungal/bacterial infection in my glance penis. There was accumulation of some kind of cheesy appearance beneath the foreskin of penis, there were red dots (ulcer like) on undersurface & prepuce. It was quite painful after masturbating. I took â??FAS-3KITâ?? Tab. prescribed by some doctor. It was not properly cured with this medication but by the time the characters disappeared.
Now again it seems some kind of cheesy material especially after masturbating & I feel pain in whole penis & scrotum all the time (especially on the sides of scrotum). Pain is felt in penis especially during erection & even penis is not fully hard during erection so now I also feel some kind of erection problem. So please guide me for the pain in penis & scrotum & full hardness during erection.
