Suggest Treatment For Pain In Penis During Intercourse

thank you sir for guiding me online sir,my querry is related with my penis, i feel it is too stiff, the foreskin which is joint with the penis at the bottom, is it joint naturally or is it mine disorder because when it is erect fully then i feel that the foreskin must not create any hinderance during sex but since it is attached it causes pain if i do deep penetration ?
