Suggest Treatment For Pain In Periosteum After Delivery

i just gave birth 2 months ago and still having pain in my periostium due to a lateral episiotomy. I noticed there is a redish excess or loose skin on area of my episiotomy.. i applied solcoseryl gel for a week now and still having pain.. can you give me other treatment in order to remove the excess skin as well as the pain from my episiotomy.
