Suggest Treatment For Pain In Right Knee.

I have a question my right knee been swollen and brusied I played basketball from High school and I hurt my right knee! I had this pain for 10 years for a minute the pain stops. It came back again I don't know to do! Which shall I do for this pain I'm having!
