Suggest Treatment For Pain In Right Side Of Ribs

I have right side pain just under the bottom rib around to the back side, this is day 6 of this, I have a loss of appetite, nausea, no vomiting, The front side is tender to touch and doesn't really feel full or like pressure, but like if I slump it is extremely uncomfortable, kinda like I did when I was pregnant & my daughter was under my ribs only accompanied by pain. The back feels kinda like my kidneys have before when I had an infection, but I have no pain when urinating. Please help me to determine what to do. I have no insurance but will go if it is possible this could be serious. I have tried antacids in case it might have been a REALLY bad case of gas, but got no relief.
