Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shoulder Joint

2 year ago I had frozen shoulder. I had an mri on my right arm and they found Rotator Cuff: a mild bursal surface tearing at the insertion. and, mild partial tearing of the supraspinatus tendon along the articular surface. I still have discomfort with the outside back portion of my arm just below the shoulder joint. Been to physical therapy and still have issues with weights. Hurts when I play golf. is there a procedure that would fix this or am I stuck with this discomfort forever?
