Suggest Treatment For Pain In Stomach And Ribs And Headache

Hi, I have felt off for the past 3 days and today it has got much worse, i've got pains in my stomach and my ribs, i have a headache and feel so lightheaded and dizzy that when i just move my head to the side my vision goes blurred and i feel like i might be sick. i have not experienced this before soi am a bit worried. thanks.
