Suggest Treatment For Pain In Stomach And Ribs

Hey, my friend has been very sick lately she says she has been having pains in her stomach and ribs, and in her back a little, and it hurts very bad while walking or standing. Could you maybe help rule out what she is expierencing ?? Please reply ASAP. Thanks
