Suggest Treatment For Pain In Tailbone And Depression

I m 44 female.diagnosed depression over 20 yrs. 16 & 22 yr old girls. Had mirena iud after 2nd birth 8/3/1998. Severe pain in tailbone/sacrum before, during period & ovulation. Extreme pain & discomfort. Pms Highly emotional, uncontrollable crying. Few x afraid of some one or myself. Suicidal Daily heartburn Constant sinus drainage - nasal membranes shocked by dr; horrible experience Like my bone is snapped in half & ripping open muscles ligaments skin at the base of my thumbs.
