Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testicles, Thigh And Butt

I m 22 had a pain in right testis 3 months ago.ultrasound showed bilateral testicular microlithasis and early varicocele in left testis.well Its been 2 weeks that I had been diagoned varicocele.after 1 found a vein below the left scrotum.so when I touch it it pains and feels like someone is going to kick on my balls.I said to my urologist he said nothing to worry wearing a tight underwear can relief pain.so I m getting a bit relief in my pain after wearing tight underwear.but right testis pains also pain in right butt right thigh and right knees.plz help me doctor
