Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testicles

I have pain in my testicles (more severe in right than left), and Ive had it for about 5 days. It s not a horrible pain, but i feel as if I was hit there 5 minutes ago. I feel it when I stand, sit, or lay facing down or up. I can still do sports because I m a soccer player ( I don t wear spandex, is that a problem?) and I don t feel pain while i play. I am making an appointment with the doctor asap,but in the mean time, any ideas on what I have or recommendations?
