Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Arm And Neck

My ECG stress test results came back fine today. I was wondering if exercise-induced asthma could cause pain in the left arm, neck, etc. as well as the heart. If I pace myself and don't need much oxygen, I can hike all day. If I run for 10 minutes, my heart and left side hurt, and I feel tired the rest of the day. No history of asthma that I know of. Thanks!
