Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Centre Of Chest

I have been having pain in the center of my chest as well as under both breastfeeding bones for the last few days, in addition my right hand has been numb for the last 24 hours. I am a type two diabetic and have been checking my bpm for several days and it is consistently over the normal range. Any suggestions.
