Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Clitoris

my clitoris is painful to touch or when my underwear rubs against it. This happens every now and again and usually takes a few weeks to stop hurting. My fiance works away so i havent had sex for a week now but it still hurts. I also get yeast infections quite regularly. what is causing this?
