Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Ear And Face

hi, i have a really sore pain in my right ear. this started a few weeks a go and a spot appeared. i had my dad get rid of the spot and it cleared. the pain is now back but the right side of my face hurts because of it. it is also causing my teeth to hurt and i have head ache.
