Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Ear

hi i am 15 female,about four months abou both my ears starting popping every time i swallowed or pretty much do anything abot two weeks ago it finaly stoped but later that day my right ear became pluged and is making the right side of my face/head feel really heavy, i also have sharp pains in my ear about four or five times a day. should i be worried, can you help me with the problem please??
