Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Face And Jaw Despite Taking Ibuprofen

Hi...mother-in-law (age 71) overweight (not obese)... sedentary lifestyle... c/o right side of face and jaw pain, lightheaded and dizziness...very tired...slight decrease coordination....blisters inside mouth (right side only)...nagging cough...bp = 203/90...PR = 76...symptoms 24 hours...administered ibuprofen and otc cough syrup.. 30 minutes ago....monitoring 60 minutes for any changes after ibuprofen and cough medicine???
