Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Hip

over a year ago i developed a pain on my left hip then it progressed to my left shoulder.i used all sort of pain killers like diclofenac,volatren but i dint get any relief, now it has moved to the right shoulder. i sttarted using dolonuerobion cos i also developed pian on my right fingers and feet.the pain on the sholders have relieved me a bit but the hip is still very painful which also extendds to my legs now. i know th pain is on my hip and shoulder but most times i caqnt trace the source of the pain oon nthe shoulder itself and the hip bt sometimes i feel the pain on the skin, pls what can i do
