Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Rib Cage

Hi there, I m 29 years old. I don t drink alcohol. I been having a constant pain in my lower left rib cage for more than a year now. I had my annual well exam last week and my Alt result was 84 H which is more than twice higher than the normal range 5-41. I am worried about it. Is 84 Alt serious?
