Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Nerves

My age is 33.I m having pain in my nerous system.it never let go.i dont believe in all thing about sex weakness problem But forcly i have to say that, after ejeculation this problem go wide.It stop my proper thinking for 48 and more hours.This pain arise after a reaction-10 years back.From that time its consistent till now.Due to that I am facing OCD(obsessive complexity disorder) from few times.One of neurosurgon said me,its your body is not handling pressure after ejeculation(mastrubation,natural or sex).This problem make me confuse,unable to think proprly,pin pains in nervs-whole body and mind.i am hanged in few things..which repetitive runs in my mind,i think its due to OCD.after ejeculation symptom get change every time.Some time i feel strecthing in blood vessel in brain,sometimes feel stretch in whole body.This pain make me numb.Reply me what is actual reason of this thing and how to get recover from it soon.It spoiled my life from last 8 year.I am software engineer and still not doing job.
