Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Rib After Fall

Hi, I am 72 years old, in excellent health, take no medication, am a runner. I have had some sorness at my lower right rib when touch, Feels sort of like it did about ten years ago when I fell and broke a rib in the same place. I did fall a day before the sorness but did think I hurt my rib? It only hurts when I touch it or move it. Thanks
