Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Throat

hello doctor. Im suffering from throat ache since a week and taking necessary medicines for it. Lately i travelled by flight and since then my right ear is totally blocked. Ive tried everything possible from steam to pinching my nose and blowing etc but nothing seems to help. Kindly help
