Suggest Treatment For Pain In Thighs And Lower Back Before Periods

I am due in 5 days..I have horrible pain on the inside of my thighs and pelvic area. My lower back hurts but I don't have any contractions. I honestly feel like I am not going to make it. This is my second child but I feel like I have no idea what is going on. Could I be in labor and not know it?
