Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Back And Arms

hello sir....my mother gets these pain strokes generally during night and the pain starts from upper back and arms which gradually reaches to chest. however, the duration of such pain strokes are generally 30 mins. It would be very kind of you if you can advise me on this.Thank you!
