Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Back, Neck And Shoulder Post Injury

In November 2013 I broke my shoulder and elbow in a slip and fall accident at work. Shoulder cuff repair April 20 and October 15, 2014. I have done physical therapy and whatever the doctor has recommended. I am in so much pain in my neck, shoulder, elbow and upper back. This pain is unbearable at this point. EMG did not show anything. Scheduled to see neurosurgeon on March 23. I can no longer take ibuprofen it is affecting my kidneys. I need to find out where the problem is coming from to get help. I don t want to get hooked on pain pills. Any suggestions? I am located in Lake Orion, MI
