hi, i sneezed while lying down earlier and think I have pulled some muscles in my upper back. I took some painkillers that were a mix of paracetomol and aspirin about 7 hours ago. Is it now safe to apply some ibuprofen gel to the area, as I heard it was dangerous to mix aspirin with ibuprofen, but has enough time passed?
