Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Stomach And Back

hi, i have had severe pain in my side, upper stomack and back for 4hrs i have taken buscopan cramps tablets and ibufifen tablets and tried a hot water bottle but notthing is working and i am still in pain enough to make u want to cry. i hope you can help
