Suggest Treatment For Pain Near The Navel Area

I have a very tight, painful kind of stabbing and twisting feeling in the area behind and below my belly button, when i suck my stomach in its painful and when im laying on my belly it feels like im being stretched from head to toe, also just in a sitting or standing position the pain is constant. Might you be able to advise me on what this may be?
