Suggest Treatment For Pain On Left Side Of Head Post Septoplasty

I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction on 12/16. I am completely block on my left side and having a lot of pain. My head has been extremely sensitive like my brain is bruised since surgery. I looked in my nose and it looks like a big blood blister. Is this normal
