Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Back And Near The Thighs

My left side of back hurts,my left thigh hurts,I feel like I have. To poop all the time,I do poop,but it looks like it is sliced,I have trouble walking I can t sleep because of pain I am a ups driver,I am bouncing around all day because of the country roads
