Suggest Treatment For Pain On Top Of Head

I was getting pain on the top of my head Thursday, and Friday. Thursday it was on the right side, and Friday it was on the left side. And now I'm getting temple pain in the front of my head and on the back of my lower head. Do you think it could be a tension headache?
