Suggest Treatment For Pain Radiating From Back Bone To Feet

How are you ? My name is Adil Ashraf I am facing a severe pain from back bone to until feet i visit 2 to 3 neurosurgeon they recommend me to take operation.The pain Situation some i have to much pain and some time there is no pain. And some of the doctor told me if you will not make operation then it will effect also you other leg and also make effect on your sex. I already have have MRI film and also have report please suggest me what i have to do.
