Suggest Treatment For Pain Radiating From Upper Back To Chest

I have a pain from my upper back thru to my chest by my breast plate. We checked for h pilori, gaul stones, got a complete stomach ultra sound whick checked my 5 major areas, checked for ulcer and

had an endoscopy and colonoscopy exam. Nothing wrong ????????????????????????????????????????????????

My upper stomach burns between my breasts. On one regard I am happy that all those tests check out but what the hell is this ailment??????
