Suggest Treatment For Pain Under Ribs And Upper Abdomen

I am totally freaking out... For about 4 days now I've had pains under my ribs and my upper abdomen (like i've done a major workout - yet I havent) Now 4 days in my throat is hurting, I am congested, have a fever and feel dizzy and weak..on top of the stomach pains..I'm obsessed with googling and had unprotected sex about 12 days ago.. I'm so so scared that I have contracted HIV or something..I've been getting panic attacks all week just thinking about it? Please help? xxx
